Last Monday, when Kim and family were here we went to the zoo. Lauren couldn't come b/c she had school and Chad couldn't come b/c he had to study. Usually when we go to the zoo we do the quick and dirty bus tour. On the bus, you don't get worn out walking around, but you also don't get to see a lot of the really cool animals. I have to say this was the best trip to the zoo I have been on. I saw so many things I had never seen before starting with the grooming of the animals pictured above. We were really mature and sat and stared and laughed at them for a while.
There was also not a line to see the panda. This was another first. I have tried a number of times to see them, but the line is never worth it in my opinion. The new baby panda is still inside with his mom, but these other guys were pretty cool. They were chomping down on some bamboo. For some reason I only took pictures of the animals at the zoo instead of us looking at the animals.
