Village Elementary has a big fund raiser every fall called the harvest hoedown. You may also call it the insane hoedown or harvest me crazy. There are a ton of kids, way out numbering the adults in the field at the big school. They have games, jumpies, food, a band but they are missing one thing. Drinks for the adults to make it through the evening. The girls had a blast. Chad met us up there after work and got to experience some of the action. Lauren saw many of her friends from kindergarten. Allie and her danced the night away to the music of "Crosswinds". They actually played some really great cover music. Allie asked tonight if we could go to a hoedown every night. Good thing for me this is once a year.
